Hi
I have watched some of your videos, I really want to get better. I was on prozac and have improved my social anxiety and have come off it now. I am not as bad as I was but it is still very bad for me. Basically I always have a voice in my head saying I don’t what to say next, I can’t just enjoy a conversation. Even with people I can talk to for ages or my good friends I still have the thought in my head but I can control it. I am 22 now and have had this for nearly 5 years. When I was younger I was very confident and could speak for ages and never had any of these thoughts. I am finishing University soon and I want to dedicate myself to recovering but don’t know how to start.
